Personal Training / 1-2-1 Pad-Work fees are due 48 hours before each session/block of sessions or your booking(s) will be cancelled. All prices are in GBP.
Before a PT session commences and / or a programme can be designed for you, a 60-min consultation is required for Health & Safety reasons and to obtain your goals.
Along with “SMASH’IN” your fitness goals, I will build your knowledge on fitness and understanding of how to independently exercise, helping you to gain confidence and independence in your daily training.
Personalised programmes will NOT be provided.

Couples training together can make a change from going to the cinema or for a meal, it's another way to enjoy your loved one's company and bond whilst having fun - a twist to your average date.
Training with your other half has also proven to help improve motivation with your fitness goals.
Training with one other or a group of friends is great fun, competitive and motivational.
£35.00 per person for a group of 2 or £30 per person for a group of 3.
One-to-one Muay Thai Boxing pad work for beginners to experienced Thai Boxers - all levels of fitness and experience are welcome. Pad-work is when a Pad-person holds pads for you whilst you enjoy combinations of kicks, punches, knees, and elbows. A great way to let off some steam whilst taking on a full-body workout. Gloves can be provided and it is advised to purchase hand wraps to support your wrists. Kindly note, that this is not a personal trainer service.
Kindly note that payment for these services are due 14 days in advance of providing your report
A number of in-person physical tests will be taken to measure general fitness and analyse on posture. This service will take approximately 1.5 hours and your personal assessment will be provided within 14 days.
A food diary template will be provided for you to populate over a period of time. Your information will be analysed and feedback provided with helpful tips to ensure nutritional value is added to your daily food intake to match your specific sporting goals. Your report will be produced within 14 days.

SMASH’IN-IT FITNESS's mission statement is to promote inclusion and equality, therefore, offering everyone equal attention, and knowledge no matter your experience, shape, gender, size, or age (18 years old + only). Intensity will be adjusted and variations will be provided for every exercise to cater to each individual's fitness level from those restarting their fitness journey or new to fitness to conditioned athletes, therefore, you can train at your own pace and compete against yourself with no external pressure.
It is a known fact that exercise helps to relieve stress, improve fitness, gain muscle strength and endurance, stamina, lung capacity, good blood circulation, and confidence in all areas of life. Participating in sports has also been scientifically proven to help those struggling with mental health conditions/illnesses to lift their mood.
Your instructor and founder of SMASH'IN-IT FITNESS, Samantha, known as Sam, is keen to show you that fitness is essential to your everyday life and to highlight how being physically fit and strong will help you with simple everyday tasks such as walking up the stairs, cleaning your windows or unpacking your food shopping to the harder things, like moving a sofa or wardrobe without damaging your back or pulling a muscle.
Sam has had her own personal challenges and strongly believes physical fitness runs in positive synergy with her psychological health, and the benefits brought by the two in unison have made her life so much more manageable on many levels.
Life can be tough and full of obstacles, and, at times, feel like you are swimming against the current. SMASH’IN-IT FITNESS will be here to guide you, provide tools, and direction, and be your biggest cheerleader all the way to your personal success. Working with your personal qualities and fitness levels to achieve your goals and not only reach them but "SMASH" them by keeping you on track and motivated... CONSISTENCY IS KEY!
Sam is a fully insured and professionally qualified CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer and Gym/Fitness Instructor, First Aid, and Mental Health Champion trained paired with 25 years as a Muay Thai Boxing student sparing and training with some of the great Muay Thai living legend champions together with traveling and training in Thailand itself (as per the photo). She is also certified in HIIT, Padwork, and Kettlebells.
In her personal time and when not Thai Boxing, Sam is a keen runner (5Ks, 10Ks, marathon, and half marathons finisher), a yoga student, a regular swimmer, and enjoys weight training.

No. No fitness nor martial arts experience is required. Exercises can be tailored to suit your level of fitness. All are welcome - those restarting their fitness journey or new to fitness to conditioned athletes.
A bottle of water, and a sweat towel. It is recommended to bring your own boxing wraps and boxing gloves (bag mitts size 8oz to 10oz are an ideal weight but you can use heavier if you wish).
Your instructor will bring a small number of boxing gloves.
Loose and breathable fitness clothing plus well-fitted trainers.
INDOOR SESSIONS
Kindly arrive with clean footwear ONLY - no muddy trainers allowed!
OUTDOOR SESSIONS
Be prepared with extra layers and water-repellent jackets in case of rain and also sunscreen and a cap on hot days.
