Yes! In fact, it is a great way for you to learn about exercise, new life skills, and fitness, as you will have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
No, you do not have to learn martial arts. All exercises will be bespoke to your individual needs and goals.
No gym membership is required.
An important goal is to keep training outside of gyms, either in local halls to help support the local community or amongst nature and fresh air to keep you away from any distractions and external stresses.
Online workouts can be set up for you if this suits your current lifestyle.
It all depends on YOU!
Sam will work as your team member, always giving you 110% and she will expect the same in return from you.
Everything will be led at your pace to reach your goals. How fast this happens, depends on the time and effort you put in including outside your training sessions!
At the end of every training session, Sam will set you SMASH'IN-IT "HOMEWORK" (consisting of exercises to practice and improve) to carry out in between sessions to help you reach your goals as close to "on schedule" as possible.
Sam will encourage you with her natural enthusiasm all the way and be there to support you, never judge but promise to push you (especially if she knows you are ready to SMASH IT!).
Sam is always more than happy to answer any questions and also appreciates and is open to your feedback.
